We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your product, with prior notice to Hasco, postage paid, within 30 days from the date on your invoice. If there is no defect in the product, and the return is not due to the fault of Hasco, the return may, at our discretion, be subject to a 15% restocking fee and all shipping charges (Hasco usually waives the restocking fee, depending upon the circumstances). 

To return an item, call us at (866) 66-HASCO to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) so that your account may be credited (Or fax us at  (866) 605-2738). Failure to obtain an RMA# prior to returning any product, or failure to return the product within two (2) weeks from the RMA# issue date, will result in your product not being accepted for return. Please write us a note on a copy of your invoice and let us know why you are returning an item so we can speed your refund or exchange, and serve you better in the future.
